Flavorgasms: The delicious comfort of family, love and hugs!
For chef Ariel Bangs the kitchen has always been the place for learning, comfort and community.
As a child, she loved experimenting with herbs and spices from around the globe and soon developed a love for culinary anthropology. Over time this love grew into a beloved passion for clean eating - reveling in both light and delicate flavors, as well as the rich, hearty and wholesome dishes of her early years.
In 2008 Ariel launched Healthy Creations, a chef company focusing on helping those with food related allergies, illnesses and those motivated by healthier eating. She still remembers the touching story of first person she met with a food allergy. She needed help, and the fact that the food she ate was harming her body was scary to her. This inspired Ariel's journey to helping others. Here is where her motto "Love In Every Bite" was born!
