I love to teach the traditions of cultural food and I love to feed people... this is my way of sharing love and honoring those that came before us! During this fun, flavor packed culinary journey your young one will begin their journey as a culinary anthropologist! They'll enjoy working alongside classmates learning to make a variety of dishes from around the world.

Chef Ariel, a seasoned fooducator, healing through food chef, pastry chef and entrepreneur will cover fundamentals such as basic knife skills, reading and creating recipes, the importance of cultural flavors and the importance of kitchen safety. Your young one will explore a different culture every class. 
​
Your little chef will gain confidence in the kitchen and be inspired to eat healthy with simple and delicious keys to nutrition basics.

Taste International Pastry Adventures

During this tasty adventure, your young one will learn how to create delicious and healthy desserts from around the world! Talk about love at first bite...! In Chef Ariel's classes your young one will learn that great cooking is more about technique, measurements and flavor than about the recipes!

In Chef Ariel's special hands-on class, your young one will have fun learning about culture and traditions while working alongside classmates learning to create a variety of delectable healthy desserts!

Chef Ariel will walk your child through the steps of making cupcakes from scratch, how to make her favorite sweet breads, cookies, mini cakes, mousses, icings and syrups and finish with a teaser to The chocolate lovers rejoice class with chocolate bark.

We’ll cover the basics of mixing, measuring and of course, kitchen safety. Let us show your young chef how to have fun in the kitchen by making these delicious sweet treats. Share your passion for baking by treating your young chef to an unforgettable winter sweet shop experience.

Chef Ariel Bangs, owner and creator of Healthy Creations, a Healing through foods chef company and Flavorgasms Donuts, a healthy donut company, is inspired by food and culture from a very young age. A graduate of The Art Institute, a gardener and fooducator, her goal has been to inspire others to eat healthier with her concept "love through food in every bite". She created and teaches Taste International Culinary Anthropology Program to all ages, out of a need for more positive experiences around food that is health focused and flavorful.
